Here’s a breakdown of our services. 

First and Second line sickness, holiday and unscheduled absence cover.

Temporary day-to-day application and desktop support is provided by our team of Microsoft and Apple certified professionals. We provide scheduled recurring services, or on-demand reactive services in the event of unexpected absence. We can provide one of the following services:

  • Telephone and remote support – A more cost-effective service that is provided by our helpdesk team during standard business hours.  This service is provided by our team of remote support engineers who are are experienced Microsoft and/or Apple certified professionals
  • Onsite technician support – Hands-on support that is provided by our team of friendly and professional Field Support engineers that have many years’ experience. Onsite support is provided Monday to Saturday, from 8:30am to 5:30pm

3rd line Senior IT staff absence cover.

Hands-on technical assistance and strategic advisory services, provided by our team of highly technical and experienced 3rd line senior support engineers and IT consultants . We can provide the following services in the absence of your senior IT staff, or when an additional skillset is required in-house:

  • 3rd Line network administration services
  • IT project assistance or mid-cycle IT project rescue
  • Hands-on technical assistance with highly complex IT challenges
