We are currently recruiting for an IT Support helpdesk apprentice to join our hard working and friendly team at our Head Office in Highams Park, East London.

No previous experience is required. However, you will require a minimum of 5 x GCSE qualifications with Maths and English at grade C or above.

Your key responsibilities:

With the help and support of our amazing team, you will achieve the following:

  • Learn to provide 1st line technical support by telephone and email.
  • Answer telephone calls and responding to emails.
  • Learn to administrate and maintain Microsoft 365 and client data backups
  • Study and update the Company knowledge base
  • Accompany and assist our Field Support engineers onsite

Your Human Qualities:

  • Good verbal and written communication is essential
  • Reliable with excellent time keeping
  • A keen interest in Computers and technology
  • A team player
  • Adaptable and willing to learn
  • A “can-do attitude” is absolutely essential!
